Ring Spotlight Cam Solar Panel Not Charging

Now i look on the box and it says only for spotlight cam camera when i ordered from amazon they suggested i get these 2 toghether. Spotlight cam battery not charging with solar panel even better would be an indication in the ring app that the device is even being charged by the solar panel. Spotlight cam no longer charging by solar panel mine is doing the exact same thing. There are several possibilities.

I do not see anything about solar panels in my android app. Sometimes it shows that it s connected to the solar but mostly it says to extend the battery life with a solar panel which of course it is connected to. Spotlight cam battery not charging with solar panel this is kind of embarrasing but i must have dislodged the battery campartment when i used a long extension swifter duster to sweep the cobwebs off my ring light camera. Contact support if the issue persists.

You may need to try a different power outlet or micro usb charging cable if there are no charging lights lighting up on the battery. On the back of the camera is 3 holes the top.
